Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

We don’t provide refunds due to shipping times.
Do not return your product back to the address it came from. We have a designated returns center.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
If you’d like an exchange, please contact us with the product you’d like to exchange and the product you’d like to exchange it for. Your product must be unused and it’s original packaging in order to be eligible for an exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, store credit will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
If you’d like to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be cancelled 12 hours after placing them.
